By accessing or using ExpertOS, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Definitions

- "User": Any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
- "Subscriber": User who has contracted a paid plan.
- "Content": All material generated, uploaded, or processed through the Platform.
- "Services": All functionalities offered by ExpertOS.
3. Service Description
ExpertOS provides a comprehensive platform that includes:
- AI-powered content engine for transcription and assisted writing
- Newsletter management with custom domain support
- Consultation and appointment management system
- Analytics and digital presence audit tools
- Integration with social networks and third-party platforms
4. Registration and Account
To use ExpertOS, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or show suspicious activity.
5. Plans and Payments
ExpertOS offers different subscription plans with varying levels of functionality. Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through certified payment providers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
No refunds are offered for partial subscription periods, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you create, upload, or generate through ExpertOS remains your property. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process and store such content for the purpose of providing our services.
ExpertOS and its technology, including but not limited to software, algorithms, design, and interfaces, are the exclusive property of ExpertOS and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Use of Artificial Intelligence
ExpertOS uses artificial intelligence technologies to provide features such as transcription, assisted writing, and content analysis. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated results are suggestions and should be reviewed before publication
- ExpertOS does not guarantee absolute accuracy of transcriptions or generated content
- You are responsible for the final content you publish, regardless of AI assistance
8. Acceptable Use
By using ExpertOS, you agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Distribute illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications
- Resell or redistribute services without authorization
9. Limitation of Liability
ExpertOS is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpertOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or notice on the platform.
Continued use of ExpertOS after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. You may request data export within 30 days of cancellation.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
